I have been sleeping and eating a lot and have food cravings and back pain. What could the problem be?

I find that overeating causes Back pain. drink only fresh juice for 3 days. if your back pain goes away, then it may be a diet problem in the colon.
Inactivily can also help cause back pain by weakening the muscles that protect the ligaments.
And of course, if you have back pain, especially lower back pain, it may be helpful to look at current and past fears and issues of insecurity.
