I have chevy Malibu 2010 and recently i found that the gauge has dropped to the lowest point i was driving at 1 pm and AC was on and cold then suddenly the air from AC felt hot and gauge dropped why?

First, what gauge are you talking about? Is it a gauge in the vehicle, or did you hook up a manifold gauge set to the vehicle's schrader valves? And, if you did the latter, which side dropped? What it the vacuum or discharge side? And what did the opposite side read?
