No. Limewire Basic is free of charge. LimeWire PRO has a onetime fee of $19.95. They only bill your credit card, so if you did not enter any credit card information, then you have not purchased Limewire PRO.
Limewire is alright but the free edition is not "turbo charged". Frostwire is an open-source, community developed version of the turbo-charged version of limewire that is free. So when it comes to connections, frostwire can have much faster download speeds with more connections. ive had limewire for a long time and it was working good for me, but everyone told me frostwire was better, so i tried it, but it made my computer run slower and i did not get the results i got on limewire. it depends which one works better on your computer.
I don't see much difference at all. But, to let you know Limewire screwed up my freind's computer, and I haven't had any problems with Frostwire. No, frostwire screwed up my computer and its impossibe to delete!!! It depends on the version of Limewire that you compare to frostwire. Frostwire has many features of Limewire Pro such as full time turbo charged downloads. Limewire has two versions the free version and the paid version with additional features while Frostwire only has a free version. Frostwire has a chat feature which both versions of Limewire lack but Limewire has an instant messenger.
SCAM! They do not even have a working phone number, the only way you can reach them is through a 24/7 online chat. WHICH IS NEVER AVAILABLE!. They charged me 71.76 and they do not do re funds. EVEN though there website says 100% Satisfaction. Stick with limewire or Ares. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SNAPPY MUSIC.
R kelly got charged for childen pornagraphic he needs to go to jail
No.
No, you would most likely not be arrested and just be fined for the amount of songs you downloaded e.g. if you downloaded about 1000 songs for Limewire you would be charged for those 1000 songs but if you downloaded 5 songs they wouldn't come after you basically the more songs you download illegally the more of a risk they would come after you and the more money you would be charged but Limewire itself is not perfectly legal except people who use Limewire need a license to be able to use it and ofcourse nobody is going to purchase a License when they can download it illegally so really it just depends on how many songs you downloaded but no you wouldn't get arrested.
Not unless the government catches you using limewire and you get fined $500 a song.
No, you will not be charged.
No, you don't, but you do get charged for 3G/Using Cellular Data abroad.

If you are connected through 3G or 4G (not WiFi), any data downloaded or uploaded with count against your monthly access data plan. Viewing an email attachment to your iPad will do this, since attachments are not downloaded until you click on the icon in Mail. Use WiFi whereever you can, and you will have (short of possible data caps) unlimited access for no more money than your internet bill.
It is not illegal for anyone to use Limewire. It is simply illegal to download copyrighted files on Limewire, and the only people who may be charged for this is the original downloader. When other Limewire users download the existing file, it is simply called "file sharing," and it is most definetly not illegal. Soooo....no, no one has been prosecuted for using Limewire-just for downloading coyrighted files on to Limewire. If you aren't copyrighting anything, you have not broken the law, and have simply participated in file sharing.
there are many programs like limewire like for example ares. the closest one to limewire in my opinion is frostwire. frostwire is free, its turbo charged, its pretty quick, and it uses a similar type sofware as the old limewire. that makes it pretty easy to use.

I have heard that you get charged $500 if you get found out.. but noone I know personally has been fined
Correct. Purchasing Limewire PRO only enables you to use "Turbo-charged" connections. It does not give you any additional rights to download the music found on the network.
well have you been charged or anything like that when you downloaded a music?
