Mothers only feed their bunnies twice a day and mostly in the middle of the night. If you are uncertain as to whether they are being cared for place two strings in the form of an "X" along the top of the bunnies. If the "X" has been unmoved by the mother after 36 hours, it's likely the mother is not feeding them. Don't touch the bunnies, but if you do touch one, then touch them all so the mother does not select out a specific one because of smell. If the eyes are open and the ears are up (and they have full fur), they are old enough to leave the warren on their own and will survive.
You may have to move the next 10-20 feet to a safer spot. That is the best thing you can do. Let them learn from the older rabbits in the area so they know what to eat and how to survive in the wild.
