I have had 2 previous c-sections first child i didn't dialate the second was breech. How can i have a VBAC?

Well for one thing you probably should change your care provider. It is pretty rare for a woman to "not dilate", I'm guessing what actually happened was that your care provider wasn't patient enough to allow you to dilate on your body's own timetable. Some women just take a very long time, or are so stressed out by the hospital environment that this affects their dilation. Find a care provider that will not put time limits on your body.
VBA2C is support by ACOG (the American College of OBGYNs) and is a reasonable option for most women. Time to start shopping for a doctor or midwife that believes in your body's ability to give birth!
