I have just bought a hay band to help with my hay fever they have really good reviews my problem is it is really tight yet i am not over weight and it has made my arm really red is this normal?

i found the same!! was too uncomfortable to wear. My girlfriend bought a different one think its called quchi or qu-chi band or something like that and that doesnt mark my arm. Think its better quality quality cotton maybe??

no its not normalNo, its not normal to have huge blood clots. Even i suffered from them when i started my periods. but i couldn't really discuss my problem with anyone as i felt very embarassed about my problem. But i guess one should see a doc for this.

Nothing really, the body digests it as normal, you could get some sort of stomach problem depending on what was on the skin.
