No doctor would diagnose on the web. But I'm not a doctor! Could be a bursitis, or lump of cartilage developed due to using your knee continuously for years - e.g. to close a bin. They can be removed under GA, but best ask your doctor some time; the knee is a complicated joint with a lot of bits.
I just noticed today that my 13 week old lab has lost 2 of her front teeth
markings are tan around the mouth, on the front of the chest above the legs, around the bum and tail, and on the paws and then halfway up the leg! :)
It should be very clear to see, right on the front above the "R" in the word DOLLAR at the bottom of the bill's front.

your back foot should be nice and confertable on the tail and your front foot should be around the biddle of the board and at a 45 degree angle ish. with your heel partly off the board. Pop, slide your front foot like you would with an ollie but more on the edge of the nose (on the concave part) and flick down, not away. then pull your front foot back above your board and commit to it.
When looking at the engine from the front it is at the top left, just above the air box. the cord should be around there or if it has been rerouted since new, the block heater is just above the exhaust manifold near the front of the engine (can be seen if u look at the back of the engine from the passenger side of the car) the cord should be sticking out like a sore thumb, just follow it back.
passenger side - above transmission pan- towards front of transmission- should be directly above exhaust pipe

it should be in the front passenger side, right above the tire (behind the fender)
Around 200 degrees or just above...If it's running hot, you may have a small leak on one of the two radiators in the front. They should only be about $300 parts and labor to replace...
this means that he's noticed you looking through his front window at him and he's saying hello...
