I have muscular arms already i would just like to tone them up more because I'm going to a wedding in 2 weeks any sugggestions?

First and foremost, if you want to "tone them up" it is CRITICAL that you understand that in order to do that, you need to control what you eat. Working the arms with weights is great, but it only builds muscle...the way you "tone" you muscles is actually getting rid of the fat that is surrounding them..that way, the muscle shows through the skin and is not covered up with fat. Think of it like stretching a peice of opaque (non-seethrough) plastic over someones face, you could see most every detail of their face through the plastic, but if you had them put a ski mask on and did the same thing, you would see much less detail of the face. (the mask would be fat in this lame metaphore) Basically what I am trying to say, is that in order to tone your arms, you have to restrict your diet and try to lose some weight (a few pounds is all it takes in some cases) so your muscles can show through.
