I have replace the fuel pump in your Chevy g 30 van every 10 months for the past three years Is there an exsternal pump I can install Or any other suggestion Thanks for your help?

Are you running the tank close to empty? Uses fuel as a coolant for pump
Have you changed the filter sock?
Have you cleaned the tank? thanks for the reply I keep the tank at least half full. It only gets driven about 500 miles a year. I've changed the sock filter with the new fuel pumps, and completely cleaned out the tank two years ago when the first pump was replaced.

I don't see how you could install just the buckle. I suggest you go to almost any salvage yard and get a replacment belt/buckle assembly. Replace the whole thing.
