Open contol panel, click on add/remove programs. Find Limewire from list and click uninstall.
If you know the files name just type it search it in video, audio, program, etc. section of Limewire. Of course if nobody on Limewire has that file then no results will be returned. If you already tried this check the bottom-right of Limewire to be sure at least 3 of the 5 bars are green before you search. If they're not go to File->Connect. It should connect after that but if it doesn't check your internet connection.
Install java that is one the main causes the program does not work
You can always try FrostWire, Kazaa or any other P2P program.
well that depends, are You using Vista or xp? The best way to find it is do a search for one of the file names. ie. start-search in xp, or start-type in file name select search everywhere in vista. When found, right click and open Containing folder. remember where it is located.
Have you tried itunes? Rhapsody? Limewire?
You can find a VY1 or VY3 to WAV converter on Russian software sites. It's called "WAV_converter.exe". I tried it successfully on an XP machine with audio files from a Samsung YEPP voice recorder that produced VY1 files. The program passed virus scan, and produced working WAV files. You can then use other tools that convert WAV files to whatever you want. But use at your own caution.
Have you ever tried getting Limewire on your computer? It is free!
it may b the error in lib files
it depends on the program but if you copy it onto the computer it should work regardless, its worked for me the times I've tried it with downloaded programs like limewire, itunes, etc.
ummm i think... cuz i tried to download vid clips from limewire that were aiv files and it wouldn't go into my itunes library-it only went to my media player library ---but mp4 works for itunes
Yes, you can, but I'd go with a different music downloading website simply because LimeWire has a LOT of viruses on it and my coach's friend lost his WHOLE COMPUTER BECAUSE OF THOSE VIRUSES. So I do NOT recommend it and I've tried LimeWire and did NOT like it at ALL.
Yes, you can download movies off of Limewire, but I wouldn't even recommend having Limewire at all because one of my coach's friends lost his WHOLE COMPUTER because of all the viruses on it. I've personally tried Limewire myself and HATED it. So, yeah, you can do alot of downloading on there, but it's not worth losing your whole computer.
