Answer:

Using the Dual GBA Slot on a DS, it is impossible to trade between two GBA games as the GBA link cables have no port on the DS, also the DS system's wireless communication is not the same as the GBA's.

It doesn't work with a wireless adaptor.AnswerUnfortunately, Pokemon Sapphire is not compatible with the wireless adaptor which was released with Pokemon LeafGreen. It can only trade to or receive from LeafGreen via a link cable, which is only possible through the use of two Game Boy Advanced (or SP) systems. If you try to initiate trade through two DS systems, you will find that a link cable cannot be used and that the wireless connection in LeafGreen cannot be established, even though it is a wireless compatible game (the systems are different, so LeafGreen will not link with the DS' wireless communications).

Yes, probably. no, because spphire is compatible with a wireless adapter which is stupid Go Bears

I have beaten both Pokemon leafgreen and Pokemon sapphire, and I can not trade at all. I am using a universal Gameboy Advance link cable, and I want to know if I need a wireless adapter or not, or if something else is amiss.

Mudkip can only be owned in Pokemon FireRed & LeafGreen versions by trading from Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/XD/Colosseum. Trading from these games requires the National Pokedex, the Ruby and the Sapphire. You must give the Ruby and the Sapphire to Celio at One Island. Trading requires a Wireless Adaptor.

No, because the Nintendo DS does not have the slot for the Game Boy link cable or the wireless thingimadoo.

It is an Gameboy accessory that lets you connect and trade Pokemon between FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

User Avatar

yes, only you need something that have it. You can't use a wireless adapter, you need 2 Gameboy Advance (SP), 2 catridges (Leaf Green and Sapphire) and a link cable.

If you mean using the DS wireless feature instead of the Sapphire link cable feature, then no. Pokemon sapphire does not have wireless communication enabled.

U can not get Mystery Gift on Pokemon Sapphire(same thing with Ruby.)To use Mystery Gift U hav 2 get a wireless addapter. But science U can not use 1 on Pokemon Sapphire, (and Ruby,) U can ONLY get it on Pokemon Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen.

User Avatar

the only way possible is to get a wireless adapter or link cable(Pokemon Centre does not exist in firered or leafgreen

User Avatar

you ether need a Nintendo wifi usb connector or a wireless router.

User Avatar

The Mystery Gift in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen all use the wireless adapter that goes into the GameBoy Advance to obtain special Nintendo events and/or DLC. (Downloadable content) The link cable was only used for the Mystery Gift in Pokemon Silver, Gold, and Crystal.

User Avatar

In order to use mystery gift you first need to unlock it, second you need a wireless adapter, third you need to go to a Nintendo event that is giving out a Pokemon that can go to firered or leafgreen bring your GBA and wireless adapter to the event and access mystery gift at the event you can receive the special Pokemon now.
