I have white fine armpit hair and around my testis but my penis or testicles arent getting bigger i keep getting random erections which i think is natural Have i started puberty nd whys it so slow?

yeah you have started puberty the random boners meant that you penis is starting to grow so be sure to eat right and exercise
also you might want to if you don't already wear looser clothing
The fact that you have started to grow fine hairs in your armpits and close to your penis and testes is evidence that you have reached the first stage of puberty. Now it has started it will speed up and you'll soon spot some darker, wiry, real pubic hairs pretty soon. Your testes and scrotum have probably already started to get larger but you just haven't noticed, pretty soon your penis will get larger too. Then you'll have semen, excessive perspiration, body odour, shaving, acne and your voice breaking to look forward to! Puberty takes on average six years to complete in boys so you've got a way to go yet.
