You would have noticed a lot of symptoms leading up to pregnancy. (Besides the obvious, you would have a very large belly). I had the same problem and when my doctors looked into everything they found out that I had PCOS. (Poly cystic ovarian syndrome). They put me on progesterone and I got my period right after I stopped the medicine. Its a lot more common then you think.
