To me an American Chopper. It is about showing who you are and what you are about. It shows pride in your beliefs and what you have built. There is no value of a chopper. There is always a price tag on everything. But the value is in the rider, the one who is proud to show off his bike. The bike that is not store bought, the one no one else has. It is custom, one of a kind. To me an American Chopper. It is about showing who you are and what you are about. It shows pride in your beliefs and what you have built. There is no value of a chopper. Not to oversimplify the answer but my chopper was bought new and in order to compare a new factory built chopper to a new Harley I'd have to state that the average chopper definitely costs more than the average price of all harley models. That said you could probably build a chopper using as many used parts as you could find cheaper than you could build a complete used harley.
