I just bought a 1999 acura 3.2tl and it died while i was doing 60 mph on the freeway the engine just quit does anyone know what the issue is could it be the ecu or the fuel pump relay?

It's the engine switch, just replaced mine. It's common on those. costs about 150 bucks to replace it at auto shop. ...There's a recall on the ignition switch. I was having the same problem, the dealership replaced it for free and there's been no problem since.
