There is a few things that can be wrong with a radio that will not turn on. The best thing for you to do would be to take it back to the store.
If the fuse is good there may be a grounding issue. If the radio is an aftermarket one, try removing it and make sure that the antenna is hooked up and the ground wire (black) is correctly hooked up.

A simple answer for a simple question....lol. Different colored wires in your harness just correspond to different speakers and other accessories that the CD player or radio may be hooked up to.-Shocker
The first xbox was ever hooked up to Pandora radio, but you can now listen to Pandora On Xbox 360.
Usually just a transmitter hooked up to the ipod and then choose a frequency and tune it on your radio.
if you have a after market radio in your car your ground wire is lose or not hooked at all.
I had an issue with my 87 Bronco II in which I had to change a wire location on the Wiring harness since it did not match up with the Ford harness. I believe it was one of the power or ground wires that did not match up. I found that even after I corrected that issue, my radio would lose power and turn back on when I adjusted the volume. I replaced the factory speakers since they were not rated to handle the new radio power 52x4. After the change, all was worked well. Hopefully this helps you.
because your antenna isn't hooked up properly most likely on the back of the radio
Possible blown fuse from crossed wires.
A USB can be bought in a number of places. You could go to technology stores like Radio Shack or you could go somewhere as simple as Walmart. There are also online places like Amazon. They are very common and easy to find these days.
