I just bought a used car 3 weeks ago it broke down and will not start i don't want it anymore and i have no warranty what do i do?

If you don't want it anymore then you can try re-selling it. A private sale is always "as-in" unless you have an agreement so you're probably going to have to cut your losses and be more careful next time.

Did you get a warranty in writing? If not, then you bought the car "As Is". It is your car in the condition it is in. You can of course sue but you will loose. AS IS means just that.
