Get two pokemon firered games (or one firered and one leafgreen) and two wireless connectors. Start one of the games and keep playing until you defeat Silph Co. and get the master ball. Make a pokemon hold the master ball and trade that popkemon to the other game with the wireless connectors. Restart the Game, and keep on repeating the process of obtaining the master ball 99 times and you'll have 99 master balls in good time.
