I just started taking Sensa weight loss sprinkles and wondering if anyone has lost weight on it?

I have used Sensa Weight Lossfor about 4 months now and I love the stuff. It is a very slow, yet steady way to lose weight. About 1 pound a week. At first I thought that was lame but then after a few weeks the weight loss began to add up. My only regret is that I paid too much for the stuff. I wish I would have taken care of the free two month trial offer. Even IF you decide to accept the 4 follow-on months, the free offer is by far the cheapest way to order Sensa.

You should call your doctor to get clarification of how to take your birth control pills. Birth control pills are supposed to be started on the Sunday after your period begins.
