tell him he can dress up as a maitre d' or the butler. tell him that girls are called maids and boys are called butlers (like actor and actress). tell him you'll let him wear a suit and act really really excited about it. if possible, have a spouse or friend with you acting shocked/excited that you'd let your little boy dress up in a suit.

Attitudes like above oppress people. If he wants to dress up let him. If it's just a phase, he will grow out of it on his own. If it's who she is, let her have what almost no other TS has had, a happy childhood as who they are in their heart!
