First, you will need to know why she HATES you! did you do something wrong? or did she just told she she just hates you.
- try and find out why she hates you
- fix it
- be friends with her
- when she doesn't hate you anymore the try showing her little by little your affection towards her
make sure that you guys don't have issues anymore then just ask her out! maybe try being romantic! girls loves romantic guys! :)
