I don't know the answer but I was told that if you want a sponsor then he/she has to make enough money to do so or look for a co-sponsor and that come to My QUESTION does anyone know if the co-sponsor have to live in the same state as the sponsor and beneficiary?
No, people who are old enough to be married are too old to go to school unless it's college.
From the lighter side of stateside: As a Proud Faithful Citizen, I believe I can say without fear of extradition, NOT ENOUGH.
Dear person, If you are not old enough to get married chances are you should not be getting married. All you will do is wind up getting a divorce and stuck with a bunch of children, who are caught in the middle. You don't need to get married it Misssippi or anywhere else intill you are old enough. Anomonous Nowhere. Mississippi requires that a person be 21 (yes, 21!) in order to get married without parental consent.
You need to get a visa, and go through the process of becoming a legal U.S. citizen. The marriage is not legally binding if one partner is an illegal alien. Go to the U.S. government site and see what it takes to become a citizen when marrying a U.S. citizen.
no because if you are a teen you cant get married without permission and you arnt old enough to get married plus 16 year olds arnt supposed to get pregnant
she's not a u.s. citizen yet but she's a legal immigrant and legal immigrants can work. then(if you're a u.s. citizen) after three years being married to you she can become a u.s. citizen. If she was here illegally when you married her and have not filed any paperwork to adjust her status the she is subject to deportation whether she is married to you or not. If you think the green card application is expensive just wait to you see the bills you face if she gets caught and you need to hire a lawyer to keep from getting her deported.
Not nearly enough.
to be a citizen of Sparta you had to have had both a mother and father that was a spartan citizen. Also had to pass a test by the ephors i believe to see if they were a fit enough baby. ?
No, he is not married. He hasn't grown up enough to be married.
Everyone is worthy enough for everything! Let's say that you need to become a canadian citizen, and the judge says that you are not worthy enough to be a canadian citizen. That basically means that the people in canada atre better than you! That is just not fair!
Are you their lawyer? Why are you asking the question? They did not move "to the us." They moved to a state. If they live in that state long enough, they qualify to file for divorce in that state.
I. d Is enough
