I messed up my Freshman year and sophomore year of high school with averages in the 75's and 80's. If i try really hard junior year will i be able to get into stony brook?

just get straight A's next year and do well in the SAT's
and your good to go
also just have at least two good SAT 2 scores since your GPA is not so good
and have some extracurricular acivities such as sports and volunteers
Remember to do well in the first two marking periods of Senior year meaning
get all A's

Freshman to Sophomore ranges from 70(untrained)-150 (medium to well trained) feet on average (21 meters-45 meters). As a senior, you can expect throws to be 160+ feet on average, some top of the line seniors get up into the 200's and the farthest IRL throw i have seen is 225 feet (68 meters).
