I really hate to even hint this, but she may not be interested in you anymore. But don't worry. Simply talk to her and she how she feels. If wishes to continue your relationship, then good; you may have to work on some issues you may be having together though. If she does not want to be in the relationship anymore, then there's always another girl out there. You just have to go out and find her. Hope this helps.
