I missed my second active pill took 2 at third day and stopped totaly on forth day.had sex on fifth day with back up method.what are the chances to get pregnant?

Even the pill won't prevent pregnancy 100%, and if your not taking it correctly, then yes there is a defenate chance you could be pregnant. Since you don't describe what back up method you used I can't really give a better answer then that.

If its penetration and the man was not wearing a condom, or the woman wearing a diaphragm then the chances are very slim. Pre-cum still carries active sperm, but a very low amount. The chances are very very slim, but I can't say its impossible. Best bet to still have sex and be safe is to use protection. Condoms, diaphragms and spermicide.
