I missed one pill and didn't take it the next day now for over a week I have been having brown discharge with an odor is this ok?

If you missed one pill and you didn't have sexual relationships in those days there's no problem, but it's better if you have a blood test in order to assure you´re not pregnant.
Those discharges could be nothing, but ectopic pregnancies has that characteristic, besides when the egg implants in the wound, sometimes you have brown discharges as well, but that happens after 3 weeks of conception
