umm... you have to use either an action replay or you have to get a trade from a kid that got a movie darkrai.. which the event has only happened in Japan so far... but they might come out with one in the U.S. and maybe Canada.... still deciding... They have had a event for darkrai!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure when it was but they usually have them all the time a Toys R us!!! I'm not sure if they have anywhere else!! the event is over but you used to be able to get the members card which allows you to catch darkrai you can still get the members card with action replay
What can you do if you missed a Heart Event in Harvest Moon DS?
Just go back and activate it. Heart Events must be gotten in order (Black, Purple, Blue, and finally Yellow). If you do not complete the Heart Event you missed you can't do any others. You do not have to lower her Heart Color back down. Even if you have a higher Heart Color than necessary the event will still work.

Make sure you've started the event by talking to the family with the little boy who is having bad dreams. Sometimes (if you got the card through a cheat for instance), you have to backtrack and do a couple of things to get the whole event started.

Yes, if you catch Cresselia before you find Darkrai that's fine. To find Darkrai, you need action replay. That will help you walk on water. Go to Full Moon Island and walk off the side. It will say Mystery Zone but keep walking. Soon you will reach a little island, it will say New Moon Island. There is a little grove of trees, go into it just like you caught Cresselia. Now you should see a big puddle of water and in the middle, a weird black like Pokémon. This Pokémon is Darkrai. You could always use the Jubilife City tweaking glitch to get Darkrai without Action Replay though or you could wait for the Nintendo event which will either give out Darkrai itself or the Member's Card.
