Yes you can. Most airlines allow you to carry a small pet up to around 20 pounds in the the cabin with you, however the pet must be in an airline approved travel carrier which can be purchased at just about any pet store. The carrier has to be placed on the floor under the seat in front of you (facing you, of course). Always check with the airline to ask what carriers are approved for their airline before you purchase the carrier. Sherpa is a great travel carrier and is approved by most all airlines.
