I need transportation to a hospital for surgery and have no friends or family. Also I am unemployed and have no $. Is there an agency who can help with my day surgery The hospital will not let me drive or take a cab (which I couldn't afford anyway)?

You could try to get a credit care card and use it for a medical transport.
