I only have a few early pregnancy symptoms but it seems like they come one day and then I feel normal the next could I be pregnant?

you're best taking a test to be sure. you wont know any other way. to be REALLY SURE you should go and get tested at your doctors. so that you are to be completely sure, goodluck x
