did you check your blower motor fuse? it's separate from the fuse block. usually the fuse is on the front left fender in a black holder or it is the number 12 fuse in the fuse box.
The fan is not working.
The climate control is not operating for the passenger side. Check to insure the physical controls work, and the diverter vents are opening to let the cool air to the passenger side.
the wind is blowing to hard and the temp. is getting colder for the plants to grow :]
it won't stay on if your blowing it the floor or using defroster.
the sampler fan pulls cabin air across a temperature sensor so the automatic climate control can figure out the interior temperature. sometimes when they get noisy you can quiet them by blowing a short blast of compressed air into the air inlet to knock the dust off the fan blades.

The air doors maybe stuck. Or selector switch is not is not operating correctly.
If its been recently charged there maybe moisture in the system.
bearings are going. Need to oil them. SOon you will blowing fuses because the excess drag in amperage will exceed the 8 amp fuse and blow it
Then you'll be blowing warm air through the ventilation system. The rest depends on HOW it's not working. If the clutch is seized, you'll wear through and break the belt.
If fuses keep blowing on your Honda, you likely have a short somewhere. You can get a multimeter and a copy of the wiring diagram so you can track down the short, or you can have a mechanic do it. If you've recently installed anything new such as a radio or a gauge or switch, that would be where you want to start.
