I pulled my gluteal muscle while running over two weeks ago and still can't run without pain How long should it take to heal and should I see a doctor?

It could take up to 2 months to heal fully ,with the Gluteal maximus being the biggest muscle in the body and one used most of the time.
If its still hurting after 1 month see a doctor as you could have split a vain.
