I really like this guy but my friend keeps on asking him out for me when hes going out with someone not to mention I'm friends with his current girlfriend should i let her or tell her to stop?

Tell your friend to stop bothering the guy---it's disrespectful to his girlfriend (who is your friend as well). There's nothing wrong with finding him attractive, but don't think of hitting on him until he is single again.
Not saying you put your friend up to this in the first place, but the whole "My friend wants to go out with you," comes across as school kid behavior. If you find a guy attractive, wait until he is single, then go seek him out yourself.
