it happens alot, and it scares me everytime. sometimes its only slight, but other times it goes really bad and terrifies me and i end up thinking im having a stroke and i run to the mirror to check half of my face is normal. then i have to check the strengths in both my arms to see they're okay as that's a sign of a stroke too. I just get all panicky and cry from it alot too. please help i hate it. im sick of it.
