If you cut; please don't. I self-injure myself now, it's horrible. It leaves scars, someone will find out soon but I don't know what to do.. Anyway, as long as you cut yourself with clean objects(soak them in alchohal) It will get rid of germs. Cleanthe cut after, or it might get an infection depending on how deep the cut is.
Please don't. It's horrendous.

The simple answer is yes, you could. Any time that you open your skin it could become infected. Try talking to someone about your problems and try to eliminate the need to harm instead of worrying about the right way to do it.

it could even be a scratch, certain infectees (the affect, HIV/AIDs positive). if the person that is affected is in a further state of "infection" it could just be a scratch, otherwise you could get severly cut and not contract it, not saying that you should try it out, its not a 100% thing about immediately contracting the disease. but, personally i would get myself checked
