I started my period late but it was spotting at first then for one day it felt heavy and it stopped till two days later it felt heavy again could i be pregnant what can be going on with my body?

It is unlikely that you are pregnant if you have a period, even an irregular one that goes beyond a couple hours of spotting.
If you are having some weird symptoms that made you think you may be pregnant, but then have heavy bleeding, you may want to see a healthcare provider to find out what is going on. This could be caused by a hormonal imbalance, or an infection. But the only way to know for sure is by seeking medical care.

Nope. When you have a period it means you aren't pregnant. Only in very rare incidents have there been women who bleed while pregnant.
