I stopped depo and got my period back after 18 months from tablets from my GP then I got my period but next month I got all the symptoms but no blood and also I am very bloated. Is it normal?

The bloating is a normal PMS symptoms. Do you have a back ache? Breast swollen? cramps? All of these are PMS symptoms and the period missing can be also your body adjusting to the new pill. It sounds normal.

Could you be constipated? Increase your water intake and your fiber (oatmeal, whole wheat, and vegetables). If after a week you aren't more regular add prunes or dates to breakfast. If after another week you are still bloated check with the doctor and try a metamucil or citrucel.
