I take 4 Tylenol simply sleeps nightly just recently add a pill of ambienlunesta with it and once in a while one more pill of either ambienlunestaalprozolam pillscan i handle it at 5' 10 245lbs?

The amount of medication you are describing is well over the recommended daily limit of all sleep medications involved and could lead to a serious adverse drug event (i.e. respiratory depression, death). I would strongly suggest that you speak with your physician about your sleep problems. He/she can recommend a safe and effective plan (or refer you to a sleep specialist) to getting you back on track.
