Your best option is to take your cat to your veterinarian and be honest immediately about exactly how much money you can afford to spend on your cat. I had the same question, yet no websites were useful. But then, I searched non toxic plants, and Paricha, aka Money Tree, were unharmful. So basically, No. Money Trees are not poisonous or toxic to dogs. :)
