I think i have Trichotillomania do i have to tell a dr or someone or can i just keep it privet?

You could talk to your doctor about it. There is no requirement to tell anyone but it is probably a good idea if you did.

The best way to describe the "urge" that people with trichotillomania get is that it is irresistable. It feels good and relieves stress once the hair is pulled out. It is very hard for people who don't have it to understand the urge (believe me, it's not just a typical habit like biting your nails). you cant stop it, you will have for your whole life no matter what you do, as you get older you may learn to control it, but there is no way to stop it, my friends just tell me to when i have the urge to just concentrate, and that will really help if u notice it but if any ?'s plz ask

Big & Tuf nonselect chemical sold by Tractor Supply Stores. I have personally used it to kill the privet hedges. It is the only chemical that I have found that will do this. Be careful...nonselect, means just that. It will kill anything that it comes in contact with.
