A doctor probably could if you went to see one. Without an examination, it's unlikely that anyone could accurately tell you why.

Yes, it is possible....BUT not likely. Chances are that other factors are contributing to your late cycle such as stress or anxiety...or it is simply off balance for whatever reason. USUALLY a negative pregnancy test should be trusted. However, you know your body better than anyone and if you think you may be pregnant then you need consult a doctor!!! It is always possible!
