I took my alternator off an got it tested but it is good but my car still wont hold a charge on a 1999 Honda civic hatchback dx?

You may have something drawing the battery down while the vehicle is not running such as a glove compartment light or trunk light staying on. Take the car to your local auto parts store and they can test the charging system and battery.
