I try to load and i get into runescape but when i get to the place where they ask you your user name and password it's a black page with a red x at the top let what is wrong with it?

check your PC requirements are upto min spec (assumin they should be)
also make sure your java is up-to-date and use Mozilla Firefox...
shouldn't really have problems then.
