Using Windows you can search for files.

From "Start Menu", go to "My Computer", and then open "Local Disk C:".

At the top right of the new window will be a search box - "Search Local Disk C:"

Type in (for example) *.jpg (which will find all files ending in jpg, a common file extension for jpeg encoded pictures). The search program will list all files on your machine which match this search.

Then you will need to move them to a new destination.

In the search box, left click on one file and then select "edit" from the top menu bar, and select "Select All". Now you can drag the whole list of files from where they are now to a new location. If you left click the system will normally just copy them to the new location, but if there is not enough free space on the drive for this you will have to move them. To move, right click the mouse before dragging (instead of left clicking) and when you release the mouse button the system will popup a menu which gives you the option to move instead.

You have to be cautious here, as a) this can take a long time to do, and b) some of the files may have the same filename. This is not a problem while they are in seperate folders, but if you move all the files into one folder then it will become a problem. Normally the system will prompt you to rename one of the files when it detects a problem, but you should be warned.

Repeat this for any other image types, and hard disks which you have on your computer.

Done.

Can you email your favorites folder?

YES! Your favorites in Internet Explorer are nothing more than files in a folder. Firefox holds all of your favorites in one file. Specifics are as follows : Internet Explorer : Take the folder C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\[USER NAME]\FAVORITES and zip it to a zip file using windows Zip, or WinRAR. Email that folder. It can be copied directly into a new favorites folder on another PC or user. Only duplicates will be overwritten. Firefox : Slightly more complicated. Navigate to the folder C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\[USER NAME]\APPLICATION DATA\MOZILLA\FIREFOX\PROFILES\q9fkzms1.default. The file named BOOKMARKS stores all of your favorites in that single file. Opening it will show you. Email that file. Copying this file to the new folder WILL overwrite the existing file. I do not know of a way to merge these files yet, but I am sure there is. There is! all you need to do to add or back up your firefox bookmarks is go to the bookmarks tab up at the top of the screen, select organize bookmarks, and there you can import/export your firefox bookmarks as a firefox extension or as an HTML file

How do you remove a black screen on Firefox?

Follow below steps to remove black screen on firefox: 1. Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox. 2. Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop. 3. Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software. Note : Do not remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions. 4. Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer. It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling. 5. Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox. 6. If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.

What do i type in after command prompt for windows 98?

This depends very much on what you are trying to accomplish by running Windows 98 with a command prompt. If you want to launch the taskbar or open a folder, enter "explorer." If you want to launch a certain application, navigate to that program's folder (use the "cd" command to change, ie. "cd C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" to change to that folder").

What is the Windows 98 equivalent of Windows XP's system32 folder?
