I want a spell or charm to get anything I want or make anybody I want do anything?

As a Witch Queen - I will explain, because you are "new to this". I am High Priestess for a Pagan Circle of more than 30 people... this is the fourth circle I have created and maintained, having three separate circles "hive" off of the original, and a current one started five years ago. I tell you this so that you understand I have been doing "this sort of thing" for more years than you have been alive. I take on students fairly regularly and the interview process for this is long and extensive. Under no circumstances what so ever would I even consider taking on a student who's motivations are as you state yours. No ethical teacher would.
The spells and charms you ask for do not exist as you want them. Absolute power over circumstances and/or another person are at best unethical, and at worst some of the most dangerous things you could try to create.
Those of us who work with magic on a daily basis will tell you, there is a personal cost for what we do, and a karmic system in place that sees to it that we "reap what we sow". The Rule of three says - That which you send out will return to you three fold. I recommend you terminate your search for these non-existent spells and charms. I can only say:she speaks the truth, and you would be wise to listen. You would be well advised to listen to her. You really do reap what you sow!

Why are spelling bees strange?
People get asked to spell words that hardly anybody ever uses, or even understands. The value of being able to spell such esoteric words is somewhat obscure. But people will make anything into a competition, we are a competitive species.
