it depends the age category clearly but this will work if your in the teenage age group, parents can wind you up so far you crack and that's when trouble starts,play a little game with your mind place a bet when you are calm seeing how long you can go with out being rude to your mum/dad or attaking sister/brother.
try 3 days (challenging)if your not up to the challenge (chicken) then try a smaller amount of time, your parents start fights less often then we as kids do, but if they where to pick a fight simply just be mature and go along with what they say, soon you will see a large amount of progress in your behavier and attatude towards family members and things will start looking up, you should find that your parents see an improvment to and want to praise and congratulate you with gifts and pockey money (all ways good) then you will want to do this more to get more stuff, give it a go, what harm could it do!!:) good luck! x
