I want to get a fun pet for under 30 dollars what pet should I get please concider how much the food cage and other things cost and please nothing that needs to go to the vet and no fish or lizards?

Well, it's hard to get a pet that doesn't spend more than $30 at the vet, however, I suggest a bird or cat. You'd only have to feed them little per day. They're also easy to clean up after.

Please extract the poor lizards from your curry and rinse them off, silly. Not sure you should still eat the curry. Some lizards carry salmonella....Though, I suppose you could just heat your curry back up to 167°f for 10 minutes to kill any possible salmonella...after removing lizards please.
