I want to go on holiday with my friends but 2 of them is 16 and the rest of us is 15 does this mean they are like the adults and we dont need parents or are they too young?

It really depends on where you are going. If you are going somewhere within couple of miles or so then your parents should let you go, but if it is further than 5 miles then you may be too young and wait until you are 18 or so until you start planning holidays away with friends.
