No - that will just get you into more trouble.
Do everything you can to convince your parents that they should let you go.
Correct whatever you did that made them ground you, take on extra chores to show you are responsible and promise to be good.
Use good behavior and promises to negotiate with your parents.

I personally would first of all want to know why but... You could break a neighbors window or even easier get caught pretending to sneak out in some party-worthy clothes.
