How is the Police Officer going to know your license is expired?? Unless you do something to Merit being pulled over the Police Officer will not know. However I would not want to be you when the Officer pulls you over and finds it is expired and you knew about it. Good Luck.

Assuming you went to college if you go enlisted your credits will earn you PFC Private first class E2 or if you want to go in as an officer you'll be an O1 second lieutenant the Marine corp doesn't have surgeons we use corpsman from the navy i don't know what you'll get for rank going to them best bet would be call a navy recruiter or go in the marines as an officer

Sorry, but you can't join the Navy while being on parole. You'll have to even wait a year until after the ending of your parole to even be considered and factoring in the offense you'll probably have to seek a waiver-which isn't always granted and is up to the RCCO or Recruitment Center Commanding Officer.
